ПОЛІТИКА ПОВЕРНЕННЯ КОШТІВ

REFUND POLICY

1.1. Об’єкт інтелектуальної власності є цифровим контентом, що не поставляється на матеріальному носії і, відповідно, не підлягає поверненню.

1.1. The Intellectual Property Object is digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium and, accordingly, is not subject to return.

1.2. Клієнт повідомлений та повністю усвідомлює, що ним купується ліцензія на Об’єкт інтелектуальної власності, а тому сума сплачених Клієнтом платежів не повертається.

1.2. The Client is informed and fully understands that they are purchasing a license for the Intellectual Property Object, and therefore the amount of payments made by the Client is not refundable.

1.3. Клієнт повідомлений та повністю усвідомлює, що він несе персональну відповідальність та ризики несанкціонованого доступу до його платіжних даних, банківських рахунків або карток, а також несе самостійно ризики, пов’язані із шахрайськими операціями. У той же час, Ліцензіар буде вживати усіх безпекових заходів на власному Сайті та використовувати безпечні способи оплати через агентів, які мають ліцензію НБУ, що виключить ризики несанкціонованого доступу до платіжних даних Клієнта.

1.3. The Client is informed and fully understands that they bear personal responsibility and risks of unauthorized access to their payment data, bank accounts, or cards, and also independently bear the risks associated with fraudulent transactions. At the same time, the Licensor will take all security measures on their own Site and use secure payment methods through agents licensed by the NBU, which will eliminate the risks of unauthorized access to the Client's payment data.

Для запобігання несанкціонованій покупці Клієнт зобов’язується не передавати ідентифікаційні дані стороннім особам. Якщо Клієнт надасть ідентифікаційні дані стороннім особам, таким чином він порушує правила користування Сайтом, несе відповідальність за будь-які здійснені оплати і не має права на повернення коштів за оплату.

To prevent unauthorized purchases, the Client undertakes not to transfer identification data to third parties. If the Client provides identification data to third parties, they thereby violate the rules of using the Site, are responsible for any payments made, and are not entitled to a refund for the payment.

1.4. У випадку несанкціонованої оплати, Клієнт може запросити повернення коштів протягом 5 календарних днів з дати здійснення оплати. Для початку процедури повернення коштів Клієнту необхідно відправити запит на адресу contact@harmonyinteriors.co.ua. Ліцензіар може відмовити в будь-якому поверненні коштів, якщо несанкціонованість оплати не буде підтверджена.

1.4. In the event of unauthorized payment, the Client may request a refund within 5 calendar days from the date of payment. To initiate the refund procedure, the Client must send a request to contact@harmonyinteriors.co.ua. The Licensor may refuse any refund if the unauthorized nature of the payment is not confirmed.
